I take glucosamine and omega 3 everyday. Careful with my diet asone f the symptoms of fibro is having irritable bowel. On new medication for the tum which is helping. But i keep on plodding and causing trouble all the time. Always on the table that makes too much noise you getthe picture i hope. I swim twice a week at a local hydro pool which keeps me moving. You dont have to look far to find someone worse off than yourself. Apart from being very tired today ive had a good day.

Wet again today did find the waterproofs today so ended up feeling like a boil in a bag meal rather than soaking wet. Looks like we will have rain all week. What fun

Keep drinking plain water and try eating a rich tea biscuit. Never underestimate the power of a rich tea biscuit. How long have you been poorly Geoff?

Has anyone read the book A street cat called Bob? Absolutely gorgeous cat and a very heart warming story. I loved it in spite of the tears

Tried drinking the cider vinegar and made me sick. I have fibromyalgia  and spend my life on painkillers any suggestions? I always find the change of the seasons play the old joints up.

That new roundup gel

Posted: 29/09/2012 at 10:07

Bought this dab it on gel and found it very hard to apply. Some dandelions had seeded themselves in my asparagus and i needed to be careful with the weedkiller and thought this was a good idea. Was better when i left pot udside down for a few minutes before using it. Put it on plants about 5 weeks ago and only just seeing the dandelion die down. Very expensive and i did wonder if all the rain we had might have washed it off.
