On the agenda today is housework and then to visit my dad in hospital. Really thoght it was the end with my dad this time he has been so poorly and we didnt think he would pull through this time. Thankyou to all the staff at Worthing Hospital who have saved and cared for my dad. Here come the tears again.

I keep all the chili plants in the greenhouse, where there keep nice and warm but it does help if i dont leave the door open at night.

Back to the cold callers. A man with a strong indian accent phoned told me he wasnt selling anything {ha ha} just wanted a moment of my time. I asked how he had got my number his reply from some data base. I asked the name of his company "Lifestyle UK" and told him i was with the telephone preference service and that i was going to report him. Havent heard from them since but havent had time yet to phone them as my dad was rushed into hospital; again, this time with a suspected twisted bowel. It turned out he has a blockage that is slowly sorting itself out. Major worry as he had bowel cancer 8 years ago. He is on the mend but still very poorly. I desperately need to get to the shops as the cupboards would make Mother Hubbards cupboards look full. Im so tired i dont kn ow which end is up

It is a different world to the one we grew up in. My daughter now 24 is always reading there are books everywhere. She has to show me how to do things on the computor, dont know what im going to do when she leaves home. at this moment in time it doesnt look very likely so i wont worry yet.I remember as a child going out on our bikes and not coming home for hours and my parents never worried. You cant do that today.

Another moan from yesterday are neighbours children screaming their haeds off all day long. Got so fed up with it i came back indoors, shame when it was such a lovely day

Woodgreen wonder boy, i was on holiday in the new forest a few years ago and saw a red kite several times. We had stayed at Gorley. It was a pleasure  to see. We stayed at the samre place and saw so many lovely things and yes it makes me so happy to have these wonderful memories
