Fork Handles

It was tough at first, being on my own, with a newborn at the wrong side of 30! But things couldn't have turned out better.

Not sure what I'm planning on doing really. I've done a wide range of jobs from cleaning, catering, banking, call centres, and even ran my own ironing and laundry business for 4 years, but now I'm into gardening, doing something like that would be great. Childcare is going to be my main problem in school holidays. I have no family to help out. Childcare costs a fortune.

Evening all!

Jenny, glad your son is home safe. x And I'm a stay at home mum at the moment to Jess, 3 years old. Her Dad was a raging alcoholic, and died couple of years ago. No loss there. He was a violent pig. I was removed by police and put in a refuge when I was 7 months pregnant, and now in a council property.

But raring to get back to work when Jess goes to school full time.

My new project. Where do I start!

Thanks Gary. I have had a quick look, but to sit and read it thoroughly, I need peace and quiet, with the little one asleep. I never got that last night!

And I wouldn't recommend Children Of the Corn. I love my horror/supernatural, but it was just boring! And made me jealous! LOL

Here's why! Their corn...

 and then my corn....Hmm

Just no comparison!

Yeah, I thought you were going to say that! I Googled them so much, but just couldn't tell. Oh well. That'll teach me to not bother labelling. Thanks for the reply.

Well, jess has just dropped off, but I've now started watching 'Children of the Corn'! LOL Wish my corn looked like the ones in the film!

I tried those Rolo Ice creams a few weeks ago. Tasted lovely, but gone too quick.

Flavoured or vanilla? Jess has that neopolitan one, but I like choc chip mint. Never seem to get it though.
