I'm not sure what your problem is.  If I click page 10 button I can see 181 - 200.

plant invasion

Looking at the picture you appear to have the kitchen sink there.  It is possible that the plant has entered the house through one of the holes that happen to get the drainage out.  Check the outside wall where the drain pipe appears.

I had a Virginnia creeper that got into the loft space.  The shoots on that looked very similar.  Maybe when a plant is deprived of light it sends out long shoots to try and find some and doesn't bother to grow leaves until it finds it.

Banana Plant Problem

Banana leaves do die off so there may be nothing wrong.  Can you see a new leaf forming in the centre?  If it has been outside during the summer I would inspect the roots as I have had vine weevil grubs eating the roots of mine in the past.

You may find it's cheaper if you buy from a packaging company instead of a GC.  I got mine a couple of years back from Staples.

I find that the bees like any dahlia where the centre is open.  So they would like the white ones in the photo, but it's not clear with the purple ones.  Earwigs would like them as well

Reusing clay soil to raise patio level?

Posted: 15/10/2012 at 15:31

Clay shrinks and expands a lot so probably not the best stuff to have beneath a patio as this would rise and fall leading to cracks.  It would also be hard to compact the hardcore if it was sitting on recently dug clay.
