Feeding Bees

Steve 309.  I don't give them a LARGE blob, just a tiny amount on the end of a teaspoon handle. Wouldn't dream of wasting it.

Feeding Bees

I revived my first bee of the year a few weeks ago with a blob of honey. I keep a small jar just for them as I don't like honey myself.

I agree with SFord's comments. Didn't bother watching F P G last night. I'm looking forward to watching Beechgrove tonight, and am very grateful to everyone on here who told me about it.

I don't have iplayer. Beechgrove sounds like a great program.  I wish there were more gardening programs on Sky , there used to be at one time. Agree with lavenderlass, an extension to GW would be great.

I agree with everything  Lavendar Lady says. I watched the program last night. Phil Tuffnel  was as much use as a chocolate teapot--always buzzing off to swig tea,and Anneka seemed to use it as an excuse to hug a load of men.The real gardeners were the volunteers.
