How about putting them in a propagator does that work?
Looks to me like Devonshire Dumpling
I would say its ok to do it now,it will give it a chance to bed in before the cold weather arrives. No different than buying a plant from the garden centre and planting it now.
Make sure it is hardy.
Some of mine did survive last winter in the garden.
Thank you both for your help
Could it be that my flowers have not been polinated as I still cant see any seeds on the the end of the fluffy strands.
I have started collecting seeds from my flowers that are gowing over but I cant find any seeds in the heads of Gazanias. Am i missing something ?
Thanks for your help.
I have just purchased 2 bags of peat free compost ,as I have never used this before are there any disadvantages of using this?
No please not another one where they spend thousands of pounds on a garden which is so far removed from the average gardener.Im sure we will learn such a lot from knowledgable garden experts like Anneka Rice and Phil Tuffnel.
