Evening everyone!

Inka, what a fantastic photo! It must be amazing just to even have the chance of spotting a whale!

Quite a mild day here today, though the stars are out and it looks very clear so it could well get chilly.

It would be handy to be able to add photos using a iPad, I tend to pop in on that rather than PC.
The selection of smileys would be better too.

My dahlias are looking tired now we have had a cold spell. I really should tidy them up. I didn't lift them last year, left them in the ground to take their chances. It was a pleasant surprise that they came up so well.

Flobear-I have a bread maker and I know what you mean....I have to limit myself. I used to put it on a timer for the morning but waking to the smell of fresh baking breadI would mean I ate too much for breakfast!

Geoff- I have taught a variety of ages of Primary School children and am now the teacher of the Nursery class. Keeps me on my toes

I can't bring myself to use too many of the initial letter abbreviations-especially when texting. I use punctuation in texts as well.

Hello all, long time no post!
Been very hectic, no time to drop in. Have dutifully read all the posts
I missed-lots to catch up on.
Hope Kate is getting on with her new job.
Bjay-have saved the recipe, the muffins look lovely. I made a sticky toffee apple cake from Good Food for our bonfire tea. That was good too.

Estate agent, Geoff? Sunshine beckoning? Can see why-damp, dreary and cold here.

Lottie-I also have Bindweed as an enemy, good luck with the battle!
