Evening all! Just missed Dean again!

Been to GC today. Got a new obelisk, black, metal sort of wavy. Got a clematis last year but hadn't got round to planting it. Will have to find a suitable spot. Had fun wrestling into the car!

Also found a couple of bargains on the alpines trolley, phlox I think but didn't have a label, some nearby did, should have paid more attention. Good size, ??1.50 instead of ??5.99. Bigger leaves than the creeping phlox I already have. Will have to wait and see! Didn't get a proper look outdoors as it was freezing (my children were moaning too, they class a visit to the GC cafe as compensation!)

Morning, don't usually get chance to pop in at this time!
Children having a lie in and all quiet

Sorry to hear about Aggie!

After the glorious weather it now looks rather gloomy today. Should have done the garden first but couldn't ignore the indoor jobs ny longer.
Off to garden centre today though I think.

Enjoy the day, everyone!

You have been busy Jo!!

A day of washing and tidying for me. Lovely to have washing out on the line but not so lovely to look at the huge pile to iron.

Violas or pansies. Which is superior?

I like both, but if I could only have one or the other I would have violas.

Evening all! Just missed Dean by the looks of it though!

Lovely sunny day. Looked out at the garden and at the washing pile and ignored both!
Been out and about instead. A visit to Aysgarth Falls (scrummy hot chocolate with marshmallows, cream, flake and. Cube of fudge on the side)and Castle Bolton.
Chilly though, particularly at the castle.

Enjoying a veg out in front of the tv without the Sunday evening get ready for school work

Hope the sun is still with us tomorrow!

Afternoon! Yippee it's Friday and the start of half term
Hope to get some seeds started in the propagators this week.

Waffy is a term used here but I have absolutely no idea about a grunt futtock!??
Not sure if I dare Google it!

Sun is shining and it feels very Spring-like. Spotted a couple of purple crocus in the lawn. They strayed from the flower bed and I always look forward to spotting them.

Glad OH on the mend Dean.
Hope you feel better soon Bjay.

Right, kettle on time. Bye for now

Evening all!
Been AWOL-busy at home and work
Had a catch up as best I can.
Scary news, better news Jean! Glad things are looking up

Pancakes just finished, lemon and sugar for me! :P
Lasagne (horse free) before that.

Sue-I think using shepherds could be worse than horse!

Hope all are well or if not well are on the road to a speedy recovery!
