i had the same problem with my lobelia wrong colour but didnt cause any problems with planting.got my final £5 refund this weekend wont be dealing with this outfit again.

hi terrie mc-i got £38 of my refund yesterday the rest is coming in the form of 2 cheques for some reason.i didnt get any response from tony milne about the photos i sent him no surprise there .has anyone noticed how similer canny gardener and garden direct catalogues are even the photo on the inside cover is the same ,i think that is why i made the mistake of ordering from them.hope you get your refund.

I sent 2 photos to tony milne on wednesday to let him see how bad the plants and boxes were arriving .iwonder if he will respond I wont hold my breath.if the boxes are as strong ashe says how do they get so damaged?, I hope he does something about the customer service department because it doesnt help when you cant speak to someone about your grievance.i hope to get my refund next week.

hi i am john just been reading above comments i to  have had alot  of very poor plants from canny .after 6 or 7 calls of complaints they say they will call back apart from 1 message left they didnt bother.yesterday i recieved yet another replacement box of plants begonias only to find eaten leaves slime and emty cells.tried to phone for 45 mins only to get recorded message.i olso emailed photos of these and previous poor plants rudbeckia which were also replacement plants no response.my wife phoned this morning and spoke to a human being wot a shock .she said she would speak to her manager and phone back.i did ask for a refund of my order but got 50£ i have spent nearly 200£.will not be useing them again and i hope this helps others.
