Yes I, m good thanks. been potting on Gazania plugs today. £2.99 for twenty little plantlets have made decent good sized plants. I saw my first baby robin too. All spots and fluff, tiny wings carrying him/her from shrub to post, under the watchful eye of mum.I Love Spring.

Hello Everyone, my question is, where/who would like an assortment of free flower seeds going begging. My local garden club has not bothered to reply. They are all viable and it,s such a shame to see them go to waste.

What are these I potted up?

Hi Mrs Garden, the big pot is a phlox.

Hi Kate, I love your blogs. We have the bee fly here too. They fascinate me, busily probing the trumpets of lungwort. Opening the new Spring season for the show to begin.

Hi chel, yes I thought the same. And not much information can be had in the 5 minute slot given to Carol. I,m not getting much from the programme now but I LOVE Monty,s lovely dog. Is half an hour long enough for a gardening programme ?

Hi Flowering rose, Your walk sounds bracing to say the least. We,ve had sunshine in Cambs for most of the day and battering winds. Which seem to have died down now. Fingers crossed for peaceful dry night. Here,s hoping the Somerset levels begin be sorted soon. I can,t imagine what it must be like for everyone affected by these terrible weather events. And let,s hope that the government remembers charity begins at home.

Hi nutcutlet, up until the dreaded green cattys I had the best display of said Iris ever. Buds still coming up in abundance BUT somewhere lurking in the leafage is the enemy.

No I,m not going outside either. Been out once to retrieve whopping great tarpaulin wrapped around my Acer. Enough. And it,s perishing.
