So...Resurrected Five

Posted: 10/01/2017 at 23:10

I have been trying to whistle all shift at work  (2 - 10 ) and got some very funny looks from co - workers.

I love reading what you have all been up to.  A brilliant way to unwind after a shift at the coal face.

I'm not a very outgoing person,  but I am a bit loopy. ...well more than a bit,  really,  so will join in occasionally,  if you don't mind,  that is.

According to the BBC website, it was the A40 . 20 vehicles involved in 4 separate accidents. One woman killed. Probably  because someone wanted to get somewhere too quickly, and drove like an idiot, others rubber-necking more like.

No Clari it's not too early.  I am in bed with my tablet and listening to smooth radio.  But I do have to be up at 4 am.

When I did it my little toe stuck out sideways.  My youngest was only a baby and while I was making up bottles so I could leave him and go to A&E it went back straight again so I didn't bother.

Having it removed was the best thing.

Morning all.  Dove be careful with that toe.  Many years ago I stubbed between my little and next toe on one of those old fashioned wooden clothes airers,  didn't realise I had cracked the knuckle. About 15 years later I had to have the top of my toe removed as the knuckle had worn away.

Thank God

I used to work 12hr night shifts,  starting at 6 pm.  If I left home at 5 o'clock,  I got to work at 10 to 6. If I left at 5 to 5 I got there at quarter past five.

I always left at 5 to 5 and had a coffee before starting work .

GWRS We will be watching it tonight,  on catch up.  Enjoyed the others,  especially the one in the jungle.

Looks cold outside, but car windows don't need scraping.  Catch up with you all later.

Brrrrrrrrrrr! Cold night ahead
