Please help me. I need to lose about 2.5 stone (37lb ). I started eating sensibly 2 weeks ago, cutting out all the things I shouldn't eat, (cakes, crisps, chocolate etc.)
I weigh myself every Saturday morning and I am proud to say that I lost 3.5 lbs both weeks.
I am not joining any slimming group, but would like all you lovely people to encourage me and keep my hopes up.
I know it will be a long haul, but I WILL do it.
