Pam, didn't know you could get a climbing fuchsia. I really like the sound of that. Used to grow lots of fuchsia, but got bored with them. I still like the delicate ones more than the big blousy ones. Sometimesfucsias look as though they are made of wax.

Right, I'm off outside now for dfinite.

Ah Dove, what a great sumer that was. Smiley with sunglasses! I was a student in Birmingham, spent the spring term in the South of France to improve my French. 21 deg at midnight in June. Memories, humming to myself

Gloucestergirl did you get the little booklet in GW mag re plants for shady areas? My hole garden is clay, have tried to improve the soild, but now just find the plants that like it. Dicentras do well, astilbes, geraniums, I have a dward hebe which has grown really well, happy on clay too.

Barbara, welcome back, even when I can't garden and like to think about it. Nothing wrong with a bit of vicarious gardening either. There is always your knowledge to share too. Don't overdo it though, you have to look after your health. I would like a smiley with a pained expression for when I have done too much gardening.

Becks, I am not surprised that Jess is computer-savvy, when you are so good at it yourself.

MORNING FORKERS

Back from the hairdressers, going out into the garden for half an hour before Sainsbugs trip. Hair shorter than I thought, trouble is I can't see without my glasses and when I put them on it to soo late.

Lovely out, but still breezy.

Morning all, I'd love to get out in the sunshine but too much other stuff to do today. My garden is looking a mess too, we still have pockets of snow around here despite the sunshine.

Catch you later.

I go on to lots of differents forums connected to my work and my interests. It's the contributors who make the forum and GW will not change becasue there is another one out there.

Contribute, enjoy and be happy. Life is too short to be stressing about it.
