Thank you Geoff , wide and varied subjects as usual.

We should all complain about Lewis. We are going to record it so we can do it all at once.

Is it the pea and ham soup, will have to look back.

Thank you Jo.

Evening all, don't have time to catch up with the day's chat. Just got in, need to decide what to take and pack. Took me ages to get to work today, lots of traffic. But driving down into Hudds thru the wooded area was like a winter wonderland. Pavements were sheets of ice.

Whatever I haven't done or not got will have to wait now.

Geoff, what's been the main topics of conversation today then?

Caz that made me cry, had to say the punch line 3 times, OH couldn't understand what I was saying.

Just had a 20 min snooze while watching father Brown. Think I'll go to bed now. Too much time in front of the computer today. Sounds like I might have to go in to work tomorrow

Just having a cuppa and a pain au raisin. OH asleep on the settee, cat asleep on the chair, had to clear myself a space on the small settee which has become a dumping ground since Christmas. Doesn't look as though tea will be any time soon.

OH went mad on the bird food. The blackbird family have been back and for all day, the youngster particularly seems to enjoy himself messing around in the snow. I tried the apples on the skewer and that found favour straight away. Got something for the wrens, but was difficult to find somewhere to put it, so they haven't noticed it yet. End of the loaf for the magpies. Blue tits favour the peanuts.

Those lupins are well buried now Gary! I shook all the snow off the bamboo yesterday, all covered again now and it is still snowing, after I cleared the car as well! We had about 3 inches.

Apparently Geoff it has been snowing since 7 am and hasn't stopped yet, apart from what came down overnight. I wonder why they chose Huddersfield? OH happy that I'm staying homes, he worries about me driving over them there hills.
