Morning, so much for my lie in, woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep. Came down for a cuppa and started titivating the decorations that the family sorted out yesterday. Managed to get some large pieces off the Chrissie tree, holly and ivy, which then got decorated with baubles. I shall post some photos of our endeavours later, don't expect too much though, I'm not very artistic.

Just got some present packing left to do. After my mammoth cook out yesterday, I'm taking it easy today. I made Nigel Slater's sticky cranberry sausages, ver nice, even though I say so myself!

Have a good day

Evening, I'm all cooked out and tired out, I am not budging off the sofa for the rest of the evening. It was lovely to have 2 days of visitors, but it is so peaceful when they leave. Rocky has come home now they have all gone. Going to catch upon yesterday's Merlin now.

Morning all, poor you Dove, hope you are feeling better soon.

Hope none of you have floated away in the night, looking terrible on the TV.

A break in proceedings before starting the food conveyor again.

Catch you later, troops arriving soon.

Morning all, well ish! Just having a cuppa before setting to to finish the cleaning up. Message from SD to say won't arrive until 2.30, phew!

Jean, you put my decorations to shame. Very wet out, so not sure will get up the garden for my greenery. Been chucking it down all morning, so will a bit dodgy on the steps. Hopefully someone coming to sort them out in the spring.

Still have some pressies to pack, so much to do, so little time.

Have a good day all.

Love that photo Geoff.

Becks, poor Jess, I'm sure she'll rally for Xmas and B'day.

Trying to sort our the the junk room, sorry bedroom, for tomorrow's visitors to sleep in. What a load of rubbish we have in the place, we must declutter (famous last words!) just persuaded OH to give up his 2011 Focus and Nat Geographic mags, as well as a big holdall of home recorded films on video. Having a tea break now.
