Tried to buy some alliums on a GW offer last night, good price no p&p with offer. Wanted to change the quantity but couldn't, so left it in the basket to look at today. Got an email from Sarah Raven's today, so tried again. Went round in circles so phoned the order line, much easier talking to a person. The offer code wasn't on GW any more, so told them and they still didn't charge p&p, so good service.

All I need to do is get around to planing them when they arrive!

Afternoon all, got back home from work relatively early today for a change. A traffic jam on the M62 bunged up all the traffic on the roads I use to get home. at least the worst of it was in the other direction. Stopped off at the butchers for pork pie on the way.

Jo, slugs ate my new actea too!

Morning Inkadog and anyone yet to arrive. that must have made you feel really great. I had a group of 13 year olds at the uni this week and apparently the session I did was awesome and 'sick' which apparently is good rather than bad. I got a round of applause at the end.I was chuffed.

Weather better today, hoping for a calmer drive to work. TGIF!
