we had cut it down to 2 main trunk, but mold is building up on all the cutting n we r jz keep cutting dwn the mold effecting surface.

Not sure what's the best prob will pull out the whole plant start all over again from root

my husband has left his previous 15years old Jade plant, Crassula ovata out in the frost for the last couple of days, only get upset when seeing them go soggt n lifeless this mrning.

Please advise on the bast way to it's recovery such as extand of cut back or support that can get it stand straight again?

found some rather huge flat mushroom under a tree in the garden this mrning. Just wondering if anyone know what mushroom is this and is it poisonious?

Any chance it's edible?? I'm mushrrom loverrr~~~

Dear all gardeners,

I have been in the garden for the past 2 days after those lovely morning rain to clear up some weeds and re-dig the soil for bulb planting. After an hour back home start to have bumpsss that itch appeared on my neck and back ( which is a row on my lower back itch and 'fierce', as my husband described it), althought i have my sweater and t-shirt as well as jeans and boots. When I went down to finish the task at the same spot again I spot some black little flies hanging around at the soil area I dig out which is a really good moist wormfull soil ready for new planting.

Had that before on shoulder which i didnt suspect it's by garden bugs as it feels like allergic reaction that happened when I was very young with some medicine. My husband suspect it's mosquitoes with red dot on each bump and once start scratching no way I can stop it. I have to take a allergic pills for hayfever and dose off in 1/2hour wake up feeling better.

Please advise if any one know what is this bug probably is so I can avoid them next time when I down to the garden again? And if there's any cream that i can put on to get them away from me?

p/s: might provide some clear photos if anyone needed for clarification as I'm not sure what I look on google were excatly the same as what I have.

tidy up sweet wiliams

Dear gardeners,

please advise on how to tidy up sweet wiliams plot?

I have a glorious flowering for the 1st year sweet wiliams this summer, and now they have been dead head and self seeded(empty pot when i shake all the dead flowers). Should I cut down til the end of the stem? Or leave the stems and clean all the leaves?

Dear all,

I'm planning to plant my first bulps this year, and would like to start with the easiest of tulip and daffodill.

May I know if i could put them both in one big pot at different layer as they come out at different time of the season, and will they flower successfully without being too cramp?
