HELLO FORKERS!

Hi everyone.Wow I'll never catch up with you all.Sorry if I miss anybody.Well I have spent the day in swing parks with our little darlings.A big one this morning, back for lunch then a small local one this aft.Been a lovely sunny day but a cold wind. They really are good kids.We can take them anywhere.I kept thinking of all the things I could have been doing in the garden.

Sorry to hear about those of you with ME and your daughter Dove.My friend had it years ago but thankfully she is ok now.I makes you realise how lucky you are.

Phillipa,my plate's clean.I can taste the chocolates.Thank you.

Clarington, you are right about backs.I can hardly straighten up when I've done a bit of weeding and I'm only 27!

Tracey, hope your bloodtest is ok.I feel the same,no energy or enthusiasm to do anything.I put it down to it being winter but if it does'nt improve in next few weeks I'm off to doc's.

Verdun,it seems I'm as silly as you.I went to the laundrette last week and had to go back home for the washing powder.

Stacey,I noticed my new clematis that I thought were dead are just beginning to sprout new leaves .I'm chuffed

Poddington, good luck with lo tomorrow.l'm sure she'll be fine.

Got a delivery of 5 fuchsia plants today from ebay.they look really healthy so will pot on tomorrow.

Growing Sweet Peas

Thank you David for  the cordon method info.I tried it about 30 years ago when I had my first garden.I had some success as far as I remember.but I was very inexperienced in the garden then.Since then I haven't had a suitable garden for growing them till a couple of years ago. I had decided I would try it again this year, after using the decorative method [didn't know it was called this] so it couldn't have come at a better time.

Here's a couple of pictures of my plants now. They were sown the first week in December. They;ve been in a cold greenhouse.Do they look ok.

Morning everyone.Am ready for work early sothought I would see who was here.Looks like a nice dry day so might take the children to feed the ducks on the canal this morning. It's lovely to be going to wok in daylight at last and see the birds having their breakfast before I go.Have a nice day everyone.

Hi every one who isn't in the land of nod.Have just arrived home from a pub meal with the 'girls' at work.A team building exercise with the new staff invited.Made a nice change.I don't go out that often.Could have done with some of your rhubarb crumble Dove.I love it and there was no pudding.

SG.Didn't get long to listen to music.I had to go to work so will save it for tomorrow. My fav chocolates are twirls and flakes.Am rarely without one in the car but love some of Philippa's marzipan chocs

Sorry to hear about your little one Poddington.Hope she'll be better on Thursday. Can you stay and play for a while till she's more settled, even if you take her back home with you after an hour.Hope the greenhouse goes up without a hitch.

Will to go and get to bed.Up at 5.30.Early shift tomorrow.Nite, nite to those who are still here.
