HELLO FORKERS!

Bill, I can only echo what others have said. Your son was so brave. I agree with Lily that 'People live on on the lips of the living'. In time you and your wife will be able to smile at the good times you had together.

Hope someone will help you put the dock out.

Hi Edd,

Lovely to see your photos.

Is the spring the one that smells and tastes of sulpher? We used to have a drink when I lived in Gainford as we were told it was good for you It tasted foul.  Might be some truth in it as I'm stil fit althugh I'm now 27 .

Good morning all,

It already seems a lot lighter, Archie. I feel as though I'm coming out of hibernation.

Thanks for the yorkie recipe, Jeanie. I do much the same but only use two eggs.I shall definately try your way. the results look amazing.

Poor Brumbull.

What a sad lonely person he must be. I'm glad most people understand that, especially Verdun with his Samaritan training.

I might be coming in for some flak but when some people were upset by him and started another forum they should have been mature enough to rise above him.

A hoopoe I caught on camera  about ten years ago.

I'm getting hoopoe too.

The bird theory might be right. A heron does visit the pond also crows for a bath. The two toads affected also looked really big so might have puffed up.

Verdun is too modest to post photos of his garden, Ashleigh.

Some branches were snapped off my camelia in the storms so I put them in a vase indoors and they've opened up. There's no sign of colour on the bush outside.

I don't know the name of this one but  I have 'Donation' too and a lovely double white.

Hi Fairy,

I hope 'stuff' gets sorted.

I've been out in the garden this afternoon spreading rotted horse poo about (or pony poo in my case). Ii's lovely to do things outside. I keep waiting for the cold frosty weather to arrive. Do you think we've escaped it this year?
