We have got to come up with some fund raising ideas. Do you think Closer magazine would be interested in Geoff''s topless holiday snaps?

Kate, I hope you are not too badly injured. I must say I thought you were a bit naive jumping off the roof. I was waiting to see if any insurance was in place before I attempted it. I'm sure that when I've seen people training for a jump they just jump from a foot or so then roll over.

There must be easier ways of raising money. What about a sponsered climb of Everest or joining Ranulph Fiennes trecking across Antartica?

Lovely chickens, Geoff.

I watched Paul O'Grady. I wonder what that poor dog had been through to be so scared. I hope he has a permanent home now.

I've spent an hour or so putting barley straw in nets as it is supposed to clear algae from ponds. It's quite a big pond about 25 by 15 metres. It was clear for the first few years but is quite cloudy now. the grandchildren put about 6 goldfish in and now there are hundreds. I think that's what made the water cloudy. Has anyone tried the barley straw method?

Godd morning all,

I can see both points of view about the badgers but can't see that culling them will be a solution. I know they talk about vaccination but as someone said on telly, Brian May perhaps, why not concentrate on a vaccine for the cattle.  I was brought up on a farm and we drank milk from the cows before it was processed. Our family all tested positive for TB but the X rays showed no sign so we had been in contact with it but built up a resistance.

Sorrry Kate, I will get into training again. It seems as though cake is an essential part of the diet.

Geoff, when you say 'you lot' does that mean you are not taking part?

Wouldn't the plane that was towing the banana boat leave a carbon footprint or would it be some sort of glider launched  from a big hill?

The biggest hill in Cornwall is Brown Willy.

Welcome home Becks and Jess.

I didn't realise that Forkers United was still a possibility. Are we still hoping to get a team together for Rio?
