I find Beechgrove far more informative than GW more so with the test's they are doing this year on peat free compost and different containers to grow tomatoes,  each to their own what !

No sunshine for me today Frank just wall to wall cloud and a chilly wind,  did manage to get to a tropical 16.3c in the garden,  managed to get the back grass cut just in case it does decide to rain over the next few days,  when oh when will the Summer start.

Doesn't it make you feel good when you look at it and say "I grew that from seed" must say that they are better this year than last so when they finish flowering I shall take the seed's and grow some more,  they do fill the back of the borders with such colour and stand so tall and proud,  mine are in the front garden so definitely need some in the back garden so I can see them.

Yes Frank I've had nice sunshine as well and the garden is drying out finally,  been lovey today but again a chilly wind but out of it it was nice,  my poppies have been flattened with the wind so I wont be growing them again,  Delphs are holing up though the top of one has snapped off but as long as the sun shines I'm OK with that,  had enough rain over the last few days in fact over the last few months.

No rain for me at all today but not very warm either,  at least the garden has had chance to drain off from the downpour on Sunday,  garden to wet to get anything done so will have to wait for a week or so as the forecast for the next few days is cold but dry.

I seem to have escaped the worst of the weather today but have had some horrendous showers but not the strong winds this time the sun at the moment is trying to burn through the clouds but won't hold my breath,  I shall wait and see what tomorrow brings.
