Hydrangea

I have 2 hydrangeas in large pots have had them for years i have now took 2 cuttings of them the type were you cut a part of that's self rooted its self i have potted them up and what i want to know is when can i put them in the garden I have just done this in the last 2 days and they are now in my green house

thanks dove but it says on the seed packet that they are half hardy  they are loverly thats why i thought i would keep over winter in greenhouse

I have potted up some carnations and put them in my greenhouse over winter, do i need to water them now and then our can i leave them till spring ie march time

i have sevaral box plants in pots had them about 4 yrs I want them to grow bigger so i have better shapes, instead of clipping them is it best to leave for a year or 2 then clip to shape

I have had some box topiary for some time now and shape them once a year if i want to make them bigger ie bigger balls and shapes do i just let them grow and not trim them for a year or two

I have used snail pellets and will use them all the time if i had my way i would get rid of them of the face of the earth
