Gardening 101

Id weed kill the whole area.

Sand the cable real and stain it and build the stone wall up and add some stone caps maybe from blackmountain to make a seating area.

Id top the stone up inbetween the steps with a light colured stone.

Then id rotivate the ground and take the big stones out and add compost.

Id eather plant up with dailas and roses cosmos and agapantous. Or leave the ground as it and and sharp sand compost and grit and use alpines and mulch with grit or stone chipings.

Its best to put it on the lawn before it rains. It might be best to airate the lawn if youv had building work.
