How do I get a Tree Preservation Removed?

I'd appeal and take it to the planing comity for them to make the decision that way the council will have justify their decision.

You will have to give a presentation and put your case forward they might be scared your a property developer.

Riggar boots are good. They are nice and warm too with a steal plate in the sole for digging.

Automatic Plant Watering System Design Feedback

Design 2 and 3 are far too over the top for domestic use and will be far to complicated unless you have an instrument tech

Design one looks like an off the shelf unit and will be unsightly in most gardens.

There is no sump so any grit will collect around the pumps also with the differing head the pump flow rate will be veritable. Pump selection will be difficult also unless vds's are used.

What are good quality tools for beginners

I always go for Spear & Jackson tools even the value range is spot on but the stainless steal are better.

I have both and haven't got a bad word to say about them and I have some hard clay they have to work in.

That's probably the most dangerous thing I've ever seen and I've been working with mechanical equipment for years.

I'd defiantly not sell or give one away. The likelihood of a serious accident is odds on.

It would probability be easier to retro fit an electric starter.
