Plants still in flower?

Talk about a North/South divide!  a frost killed everything off a month ago here.

Patrevlil, I sympathise totally but am old enough to remember myxomatosis. I think Nature knows best. Short-term netting works and there are plants that they don't like to eat, foxgloves look good in any garden. Good luck.

We find that chopped up apples keep Blackbirds from straying too far.

Hello, I have a friend who's on holiday from Taiwan, on her return in January she wants to take home a Hydrangea. Could she take seed now or would she need me to post a  a cutting next Summer?
