Wow, I didn't realise how versatile these plants were. At the moment they're tiny, hopefully there might be more flowers next year

Hello..

I have planted the above for the first time today, and I was just curious to find out whether these pretty bedding plants self seed, and will come up again next year? I do sometimes notice them in my front garden every year. they appear out of now where.

Thank you

Thank you both.

I also had a really bad year last year. My roses and apple trees had black spot. Any advice? the leaves all fell off and the roses didn't look as beautiful since 2013

Hello all

I think I may have posted this in the wrong place.. Try again

As it is spring, can you please advise me on whether I should be applying rose food around my roses before applying a good dollop of manure, or doesn't it matter. I've spoken with advisors from David Austin roses, but they didn't know.

My other question is I have bark on my flower beds, when it comes to feeding, does the bark restrict the nutrients from getting into the soil?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated .

Thank you

Thank you both.

Dove, last week it was the top two tiers of  branches. Now most of the leaves are coloured. the colouring in both pictures do seem to be different. Which is why I put both leaves up here.

Berghill I will go to the garden centre first thing tomorrow.
