Am I a sillee billee?

Ah right, haven't got Harvest Moon. Did you buy the plant or manage to get some seeds?  I accidently spent £120 the other week buy 53 different echinacea cultivar seeds from Canada. Sowed friday. Now I need the English ones.

Why is it we have quite a few cultivars available, but no seeds?

And I have heard that some of the newer echinaceas have a rubbish root system and are really weak, but didn't know they were slightly tender too! Thinking I may have to buy another greenhouse haha. I'm going for national collection, well, get as near to it as I can anyway. I've tried contacting the national collection holder, but to no avail

You really NEED to go aswell, it's amazing! Nearly as good as Chelsea, which I also go to every year, apart from last

They have a lot of space-saving ideas there on show and for sale, I bought a 15 seed tray rack on three shelves and very compact for £55 incl delivery, bargain!

I've got a one and a half year old golden lab, he only eats human food! For his meals, he has ham, cheese and carrots, all grated with his personal grater.. Is that wierd? But we also didn't know he had a bark until a few months ago, when he barked at a Muslim up the downs, was highly, highly embarrassing!

I've also watched both corries tonight...I sobbed and sobbed! I kept telling myself it was only a soap, but that didnt stop me from crying. I don't cry that often, but when I do, the tissue box is hit hard!

Sorry to hear of your loss armaghgirl.

personally, I'd plant them ASAP, as I always find it difficult to store bulbs for longer periods, they all go mouldy! i expect the cultivar or species may have an impact on how hardy they are, d'you know the name. The other guys on here will give you best advice though.

I always take a Kwells, for any journey over and hour, they seem to work better than any other I've tried.  And it's naughty, but must be done!

The people there are generally friendly and usually lunchtime is the busiest. Especially after lunch seems to be quieter, people start going home are 2:30. And you've got to remember most people are gardeners, and were generally a nice lot, although, I have been known to have a short fuse with people who physically bump into me there.

Whoops sorry, our comments crossed. Tracey, take the advice from Nut rather than myself, she definitely knows her stuff!
