Hi I want to make lavender bags for, dare I mention the word in August?? Christmas but I don't know when to cut and dry the flowers.

My grapevine is growing like a manic. There are little bunches of grapes showing can I prune it back and if so how?

HYACINTH PROBLEM

I would say that they got too much heat too quickly. Bring them in to warmth slowly and they wont get top and leggy. But why they haven't flowered I don't know.

Hello everyone and a happy new gardening year!!

Can anyone help me with a grapevine it must be 23 years old but for the last 8-9 years hasn't had any fruit but has grown so much that I have had to prune it back several times a year. At the moment I have cut it back to old stems to see if that will make any difference.

What am I doing wrong??

Can someone help me please. My grapevine is about 20 years old but in the last 9 or so years there hasn't been any fruit. Also I'm not sure if I'm pruning it correctly.
