No chicky, it was announced on the BBC Chelsea programme earlier this evening. Did you vote for one?
Well done Geranium Rozanne. A plant I have always liked and well deserved to be Plant of the Centenary.
Verdun, well stirred! I was looking at it to go in tubs on my patio. I have normal bonariensis in a sunny border and wanted to put lollipop in tubs nearby. That should get the butterflies in (I hope).
Sorry Verdun, a bit slow!!!!
I seem to think that Jolly Bee may be same as Rozanne. Does anyone know for sure or have I got it wrong?
Good choice obelixx. I agrre that the colours of those rhodos are also something special.
Thanks God1locks, your right. Latin is confusing!
I see that Geranim Rozanne has just won an award from the Keukenhoff gardens in Holland, so there are others that like it too!
Has anyone grown Verbena Lollipop?
How attractive to butterflies is it? Is it as good as Verbena bodnatense?
I'm going to vote for the RHS plant of the centenary. Not sure whether to go for Geranium Rozanne, Erysimum Bowels Mauve or Heuchera Palace Purple. Anyone got any ideas?
