Hi there,

The Bumble Bee Conservation Trust has an excellent website full of advice & tips to help attract Bees.

Take a look....

Hope that helps.

SNOW!

I had booked the day off work to get a few jobs done in the garden, but i'm stuck indoors glaring at a slow snow thaw.

As a result the lawn is becoming a bog with all the melt water, i'm expecting rushes to start sprouting soon.

Small question chaps, I'm looking for some large flower shows on the east side of the country for 2013, any ideas?

Shows where there are good floral classes. Flower arrangements and mixed flowers etc... Any info is good info.

Also when I say East of England i'm looking at Suffolk Norfolk Cambridgeshire Essex Hertfordshire Lincolnshire, maybe slightly further if its prestigious.

I'm asking for a non-internet pal.

Thanks guys. x

Definitely Ceanothus.

Surprisingly short lived shrubs. 8-10 years in some places.
