Jo-you now need to open it-there will be a box that says analyse-click on that-it will the go through files--it may take some time-5 minutes or so-perhaps longer if this is the first time-don't panic-just let it do its stuff.
You may find that you won't be able to do anything whilst it is working-when it has finished analysing -click on run cleaner and it will clean computer-again might take a bit of time
After that you can carry on -but you might have to sign back in again
