The the sun is shining-

Does anyone know what this is?

It is a variety of hibiscus by the look of it-they take a while to get going- got some just starting to flower now

I would like a couple of a certain age,with no children that scream,who look after the garden ,do not play loud music or park on the grass verge.

Jenny -I think you are being very brave -I remember what it was like when ours went to university-he didn't stick at but that is another story-you will be a wreck for a few days-but he will only be a phone call way, you can save up for a super holiday and if that is what he wants then that is a positive

That would be snail damage -they climb up the stem-have had similar damage and caught them at it-if you go out after dark you may find them on the plant-use whatever you like to deter

I think this will not be a quick sell -it is way over priced-there is another house in the road going for £150000 -that does need work but not £50000 worth-he paid £165000 five years ago current value around £170000-so a drop of £30000 is a bit of a drop.

I have no idea where the agent is getting his figures from.

Another neighbour told me he is going to Australia as well-but does that depend on this?
