Grass solutions

This is a good time- the ground is wet and warm-it will germinate within 7/10 days-just keep it watered- not saturated-and dont over-obsess-it will grow-grass grows everywhere- a lot of the time in places you don't want it to.

Kate I share your pain-life was easier before everything was hi-tech-you can even sign at our doctors without standing at a reception desk.

Golf costs £2.50 a round-it is a question of priorities-£2.50 is a lot of peas- 250 to be precise

The grass is growing so strongly at the moment it could do with cutting twice a week-I think Steve if your new lawn isn't growing then you are doing something fundamentally wrong-but what?-perhaps you tell us what the problem is?

You do not need artificial lighting in any shape or form

I am back -had a 'orrible shower right at the end-it is still all systems go-for next week-mid to high 20's-just in time for the schools hols and lympics

Dry here Jenny-if these ramblings cheer you up then that makes me happy

-am off shortly to lose a white ball or two-tonight's menu-could be just mince,spag bol,lasagne,cottage/shepherds pie or a particular favourite of mine -meat and potato pie-with peas of course.

All good intentions with new cars don't last long-you start of cleaning them once a week- that soon goes down to once a month

Need a pigeon update-if a have a bad game it is the pigeon's fault
