What's the weather like in your area?

I have news on the weather front-have now heard and read from 3 separate sources that come the weekend perhaps, just maybe, who knows -Summer is coming -according to my local forecast a week Tuesday-9 days time- it will be 26C-no guarantees and no refunds- usual t&c's apply

It takes around 2/4 weeks to be to be totally effective-you may have to do it twice for the really tough weeds

This a different subject to the rotating/tumbler compost bin but however-you can recycle the compost providing you keep adding nutrient the only downside is that you may get a build of pest and disease-so do not do it indefinitely- it will be false economy-you can then used spent compost just as a soil enricher in the garden

Have turned out the first container of potatoes this morning-4 tubers cost 50p-this is the result-not a bad return?

This morning I turned out a potato container-this is the result from 4 tubers-the variety was homeguard and they will be joined with lamb shank later-not all of them obviously !!

Move away from the plant-they are the fruits of the plant and must not be eaten- quite toxic-a similar question was asked last week-
