I would hate to be in court if you were the judge-I would get 10 years for scrumping.

Have been fed and watered again more fruit,strawberry ice cream. squirty cream

You may be overwatering them if you are watering every day-have you made drainage holes so any excess water can drain away?

Then it was probably the frost- hopefully will be ok next year -it could be just one of those years I'm afraid-nothing can be done

We had some unusually late frosts in May this year- mostly the Midlands northward -just around apple blossom time-here in the South we escaped and have apples -so it is probably down to frost damage.

It is safe if you have wiped them out-are you talking about a bag of potting compost or a garden compost bin?

Ants love a dry compost bin -if it is wet they go elsewhere

Possibly earwigs if it is just flowers-is the damage like this?

He is now watering something in the corner-well I hope that is what he is doing

Smallswan-you've been quiet -is the garden now sorted?

Pam-what can we do with them-there is a rose that needs cutting back she keep looking longingly at it ignoring the flower buds

Have been taking some pics-the first dahlia has bloomed ,the bargain petunias and the nasturiums are looking good, the gazania loves the sun and the year old sweet williams are still going
