They are only poisonous if you eat them-  they will not contaminate your compost- as for whether the seeds survive depends on how hot the heap gets-if you have any doubts why not put in the council green waste bin?- their composting system generates much more heat than in a garden environment.

Technical point-the jet stream that influences our weather is in the wrong place-I don't know what that really means but sometimes just like to inform and educate.

Gooseberry and blackcurrant are bushes and will be self supporting you don't need to do anything.

As you only have one raspberry -just build a wigwam or three canes to enclose and support it and tie the shoots to that-that should be sufficient
