Hello again all.

Please see attached pic that I posted last year. The heather is looking a bit worse for wear in comparison to this pic, was wondering if they have a relatively short life span? They have been planted for 6 or 7 years.

I was going to dig the up and replant something else. Are they deep rooted?

More help please

One smells of mint and another of lemon.

Do I just pull the leaves from the stem, or cut the stem to base?

More help please

This is blooming nicely, but there is a few pigeons arrived over the last few weeks and they are now eating the flowers

Is there anything i can do to deter them?

I will post another few pics later in the week for you all to see the progress

On the last picture - what are the stems like?

Hi Rosa,

Here is a closer look at the stems. If the pic doesn't show them up well they seem to be healthy and strong.
