PBR protected or not?

No, i'm sorry but this is not what I'm looking for. The list is not a complete overview of PBR protected variaties.

I'm looking for a  list or database which can tell me when a plant is PBR protected. For instance: Brunnera macrophylla "Jack Frost" I know this ones is PBR protected but is does not show on the FERA list.

Maybe I overlook something but if I look for example for Astrantia's or Brunnera on the 'Special Edition of Plant Breeders’ Rights and the UK National Lists' doesn't show any cultivars.

I want to start a small back yard nursery and I'm trying to make a selection of plant variaties to propagate. Often the variaties I want to use  are PBR protected and so not allowed to propagate for commercial purpose.

Can somebody tell me if there excist a lists, database or website on the internet were I can search if a cultivar is PBR protected or not?
