hey again BM, I'll be sad to leave here I'm sure! Kitty cats are indoor only and prefers the life of luxury being served all day and all night. I can't bare their cries so give in to food demands all the time. *sigh*
Been out into the garden for a bit to plant up a wooden fruit crate with purple flowers we got from the GC, heaven knows what they're called! There's a trailing lilac petunia, I know that much!
Moved my only carnation that grew from seed, a fantastic burgandy colour which is being strangled by another lovely surprise, from somwhere in the centre of a city were some lovely wild sweetpeas if that's such a thing, they look just like this:
which considering I'd been trying to pull them unsuccessfully for a month I'm very glad I had a break and these lovely flowers came to being, even though they're climbers have well climbed up all my bedding plants unseen for what must be weeks. I've untangled what I can and made a makeshift wigwam until they stop flowering. Will seed form in pods like normal SPs? I've never encountered the wild stuff before!
I'm going to miss our garden lots, but I can't wait for the privacy of a rear garden with a proper lawn and even a flowering tree in it! I think it's got lots of potential to be a real peach of a small garden!
