Blimey that was a strange feeling, not thinking about gardening.

Sorry for the absence guys been busy with changing jobs & hours, darker evenings and weekends filled with crap weather. Oh and when the weather is nice I'm doing other things.

I haven't neglected the garden, I've just taken a step back and slowed down

HI guys,

Been manic here the past week or so with changing roles at work, my brain has been so full of information I have just been coming home, eating and sleeping.

The weather has been horrendous here and I have been raking up leaves that have been blown off of the trees. I have been debating to trim the buddleias down, one is about 5 ft and the other is around 20 ft, i want to get them down to about a foot tall but don't know when the best time to do this.

Any thoughts?

What's the weather like in your area?

It's sunny here in St Austell, it was 9c at 08:30 and it's now only up to 13.7c, the Summer has definitely gone and Autumn has come out to play.

Morning all,

Becks, I used to watched TAPS but I found some of their investigations inconclusive and very Most Haunted, and as for Ghost Adventures.... LOVE IT!!! they have a very "Lets go poke it with a stick" approach to ghost hunting, they are always trying new things and I love the yell at it and see what happens.

Work has been taking up my evenings as I have been tasked to update our pitiful website and I am in the process of changing roles, ascending from Store man to Wheelchair/Mobility Scooter Hire Administrator

Small garden update, I have noticed that the grass growth has slowed down and I know I've left it tad late but I'm planting about 20 mixed Daffodil bulbs tomorrow as the weather will be fair.

Oh and watching countless hours of Red Dwarf on Dave

Sup homies,

After a small hiatus, mainly building myself up to my ultimate geek moment getting my iPhone 5 yesterday. I'm back in the garden, trimming away the ivy and clearing the  lane so i can sow wild meadow seeds and plant my daffodil bulbs.

I cant seem to upload photos

Good afternoon,

It has been awhile since I updated you guys with how the garden is progressing. To tell you the truth I have been focusing all of my attention on the lawn, the weeds are dying back and the grass is greening up. I have taken the mower up a notch and have been looking into some seed to spread over to thicken it up.

During the winter months I'll manly focus on the building work that needs to be done, for example reroofing the old outside toilet turning it into a potting shed and installing raised beds for veg, oh and finally digging out and graveling over my parking spot so we can fit two cars on it.

Will try and keep you updated with pictures
