When I get texts from my daughter I often can't understand- text language bears no resembleance to English!

Wonderful pumpkins

Fairy make sure you're back in time to pick your daughter up.

Yes I'm still putting the pellets out as slugs are still about. They're not the nasty ones though, in fact if not eaten by slugs break down and give nutrients to the compost.

The Queen is comming to Newhaven tomorrow so not sure if I'm going to pop to see her yet- prehaps I should have swept the back in case she wants to come round and see it

Have a good evening everyone

 Freshly planted up on gateposts.

I was pleased with what I got done as I also planted up alliums and some primulas in the bed under the front window. Later I'm going to plant up some sweetpeas. Then I just have to wait 'till spring.

Morning all.

I went out to move the car just after 7.30 this morning but found it so lovely I planted up the alliums I got and sorted the front out a bit more. Was out over 2 hours. The problem is that the sun hadn't come round to the front yet and I was only wearing a thin dress. I was fine whilst outside but am cold through to the bone since comming in . I'm really pleased with the middle window. Got a mixed lot of 10 plants. 2 grasses. 2 ivy, 2 little leaved things which I don't recognise and 4 pansies. They were reduced to £1.99 as one pansy was missing. I've put all but the pansies in with 3 cyclamen and think it looks lovely. Then took the begonias out of the pots on gateposts and replaced with the pansies I got, 20 for £1.99 as one was missing.

Great to see you back Verd.I shall be down your way in March when my daughter has her baby. Mind you she now lives in Westward ho! Still work in Newquay though.Think I will be busy with new gran duties.

Have a wonderful day everyone whatever you are doing

I'm home but it was dark when I got back so will leave inspection 'till tomorrow.

I got some cyclamen and grasses to put in troughs on windows today. I also couldn't resist some more allium bulbs

Panda I'm sure you will be able to do something with that arch

Well I'll soon be asleep     night all
