KEk are you sure that big yellow thing wasn't the chrysanthemum that Gardengirl posted a couple of days ago??

Evening all.

Watching tv whilst my boys 17 and 18 are playing an ancient board game of blockbusters. The questions are so dated.

The choccies sound lovely.

Think it will soon be time for me to sleep.I'll probably dream of chocolates

Well I didn't actually say Mr Chicky- just one like him lol.

Really good to see Verd is reconsidering-Stacey I'm sorry I'm going to sin (your netiquette- don't double post) but we don't want our family to be split up. Just want it to continue growing with more wonderful people.

Mum and my two sisters are in Gosport Gardengirl.I was brought up here.

Afternoon all.

I'm at mum's in Hampshire and was windy but not too bad here. Pics of Sussex show lots of trees down

What is tragic is a poor 14 year old boy was swept out to sea from the beach yesterday. The coastgaurd were still looking for him last night but I don't think there was much hope.I remember virtually the same thing happening in the '87 or '88 storms.Newhaven is a very small, close knit community and it will hit the town hard. I just can't imagine what his poor family are thinking.

I've just been toThe Range with mum and pansies were 20 for £3.99. I managed to find a pack of the muted coloured ones with one missing for £1.99. Another bargain.

Have a great afternoon all.

Oh Chicky have only just seen your pics of oblisk etc.... now a husband who can make that sort of thing is something I need.

GG what a great splash of colour. Another I want....

Any damage?

I'm not at home but just seen lots of pics of trees down in Sussex. Just keeping my fingers crossed I don't have a nasty shock when I get home. Thanks to Chicky I got my pots taken off gateposts
