I love the plant stand panda, a nice way to display plants.

Fairy you are super woman- you make me feel very lazy- all I've done is potter as always. Put acouple of new fuchsia in- taking one to my daughter when I return to her on Monday.

Jealous of peoples purchases this weekend. Stacey you got loads.

Sorry to have to admit that I'm ready for a bit of BGT tonight

Everything looks lovely Hollie and you're already planning to make it even better next year. Keep the pics comming as the seasons change.

I have still been unable to get any cuttings to take- am I too late to try now for a twisted standard this year?

Jeannie I'm jealous- I just can't get on with taking Fuchsia cuttings. I really don't know why as so many other people seem to manage. I tried growing fuchsia standards last year but think I may have failed as I took them in during the winter but treated them like the other fuchsias and so all the leaves dropped. +I now think I should have kept them watered and so growing over the winter- I'll see if I can find the thread on growing fuchsia standards

Great pics Jac.

I got a new ( well old) belfast sink at the end of last summer and need some inspiration as to what to plant up in it. I'll be delighted if it turns out as good as yours.

Afternoon all. Having just come back on here I went to see my beautiful little granddaughter and was without internet .

In fact I feel like I've lost an arm as my phone has also been playing up and has now died. I'm really upset as I took some pics of the garden which I now fear I have lost.

I visited St Margarets nurseries in Titchfield yesterday with my Mum. They specialise in fuchsias and I got a lovely Golden Snowcap. The first time I've seen one and am really excited as my snowcap died (through drying out) this winter.

I also got a Heathfield for my daughter. She asked me to choose one which she can just plant and forget. I find it stunning and blooms throughout the summer.

Well I'm going back to my daughters to spend time with her and baby Poppy tomorrow so am not sure how much time I'll get to keep up on here.

Just heard the forecast that after heavy rain tonight then the weather should improve- that's nice but I've just been so impatient that I popped out to plant up 20 little viola Asda had. I'm now soaking but happy.

I bought some Sweet peas this morning. The ones I planted in the autumn were doing really well but then I let them dry out . The only thing that concerns me is that the pot they are in is really small so they haven't been able to grow nice long roots- still I'll give them a go.

Still not caught up on here but I suppose I can just take it from here.

Work is good thanks Chicky- in fact I was alowed a couple of days off to go and visit my daughter when she had her baby. My first granddaughter is called Poppy which I think is a fab name.

Morning all. Haven't been on here for months and months- spending too much time on school work.

I shall use this holiday trying to catch up a bit. The weather has decided that I won't be doing anything outdoors for now.
