Posted: 08/08/2013 at 20:54

Hi, I have this plant growing in the garden and not sure what it is, can anyone identify it please. It is around 2ft 6in tall, and is growing in partial shade and doing very well. Thanks, Tony.   (sorry about pic, doesn't seem to download properly at the moment)

uploading-photo---problems

Hi again, can anyone advise on the maximum pixel side of photos that can be uploaded to the site.  I recently took photos to upload and must have changed my settings and the picture is showing in the upload screen but not in the forum page - it is just showing small square in middle of large white square (not technically minded!) - how do I get this back to full picture?  I have not had this problem before when uploading, but remember hearing other people speaking on this,....thanks, Tony

Physalis - when can I harvest

Hi, I tried to grow this last year without a lot of luck, just a few short straggly plants but this year they are doing brilliant, have around 15 x3ft high stalks with between 3-5 lanterns on them, which are all green - do you know when they will change colour and can be harvested - they are in a cold greenhouse. thanks, Tony.

Hi all

I have a climbing rose with what seems to be a powdery mildew on it.  Can anyone confirm for me and advise how i can get rid of this.  The rose is doing well otherwise - a good show.

I have a 3 year old Victoria Plum dwart patio tree in a large pot on my patio, it is producing fruit, but some look normal and others look strange shaped - is there a reason for this, and do i need to thin out the fruit that is appearing?

Thank you for your help - Tony
