Thank you all,i always use rooting gel because i normally work away so cant tend them ,it seems to be more reliable. As far as tea pots go make a little time and enjoy tea (a very good excuse to sit down for 15mins ) so praise the humble TEAPOT..Thank you all.

Hi nutcutlet its about 6mnths old,still seems to work.  Thanks obelixx will try it i wonder if they prefer milk and sugar too .

Hi,ive been told cold tea is very good for house plants is this correct ? if so why ? one more question please my rooting gel is smelling terrible but seems to be working is the smell normal because it smells as if its gone off its called Growing Success organic rooting gel.Thanks in advance.

I also had this problem but only on one plant,i wonder if it could be drafts because its next to the open greenhouse door,the other six plants where fine.

Sorry but i forgot to ask what are you feeding them on as they have no pitchers ive been told folia feed but wich one and how much cheers,Beer fridges are sacrosanct so leave well alone.

We live in deepest darkest scunthorpe,with a hope to attract birds to our garden we tried all sorts of combinations of seeds untill we tried white sunflower seeds now we have goldfinches,house sparrows,green finches,great tits, blue tits dunocks,robins and more. We had lots of birds before but since white sunflower seeds its gone crazy long may it continue.
