Geoff I have a very simple lemon ice cream using a jar of homemade lemon curd or tesco finest I could substitute that for my homemade strawberry jam Your full of ideas for me tonight

I finally got rid of the original christmas cactus my mother gave to me last year it was so woody that i just took cuttings of it to start it again it was at least 40years old. Pity!!
