Afternoon,

Today I pollarded my Eucalyptus, filled a raised bed with soil, pruned and tied in a climbing rose, moved a shrub, barked an area and discovered more alliums where I thought they had died out

Afternoon Poldark and crew...

Corrrrr Runnybeak?? Am I too late to join the Verdun fan club?

Been outside all day, sun was shining this morning but it did turn overcast with low cloud although it wasn't cold at all. Dry enough to get a good amount done, still no new planting holes decided except the moving of one shrub which I moved last week...shush, don't tell the OH. I'm happy now

Ache a bit and just stuffed my face with sausage slices and brie crackers, corrrr blimey that was nice and I earned it.

Found more alliums that I didn't expect so woot

I haven't watched it yet, will record it all probably before I bother

Gorgeous day here today, sun out, blue skies, the slightest frost only settled on the most delicate of things, none on the ground. Was nippy at 7 but I'm sure I can get stuff done today, boy do I have a lot to do still

Must must must get some decisions made on PPPs, possible planting positions

I used to sculpt with clay mostly and did lessons at schools for children aged  5-9, showing them how to prepare the clay, work it and fire it. It was a time after uni and I still have some bits hanging around but really wish I had trained as a mason or something, love stone.

My OH is the resident woodsniffer but me, I'm a stonechewer...ever been near stone planters or the paving section in a DIY store and just gnawed on the taste in the air?

How to beat Botrytis?

Some of my bare root Echinacea White Swan are showing signs of Botrytis (grey mould) on their leaves, I have sprayed already with a product that supposedly responds to black spot, grey mould and pest infestations but the instructions state that I can only spray a max of 4 times a year and what started as one leaf on one plant is now spreading to several other plants. What do I do about this guys?
