Hi everyone????

GWRS... Hope you had a lovely holiday, where did you go?

Gardengirl...you seem to have done well with your seedlings

Gina.....what's is the allotment series called on YouTube , the one based around Bath and Bristol? Would love to see it as its local.

Stagbeetle/ Runnybeak.... Love my chickens too, we lost one a couple of weeks ago, so sad, but I treat them like pets (all have names) and I talk to them when I'm pottering in the garden, neighbours probably think I'm mad! The dog gets jealous too ????

ive just been reading a new thread about chitted potatoes. The picture shows huge shoots off the seed potatoes and the guy wanted to know what to do. One reply said to bury deep in pot etc, another said to knock off the shoots and start again. Have any of you had experience of this as I've just checked mine and they too have huge shoots!!!! HELP ????

Hi Gina, I posted some pics last November ( see page 22), although it has now been cleared right up to the hedges. I think it's the first pic that shows our DIYdumping area lol, that has now gone and is where my new greenhouse sits waiting to be filled

We are hoping to start making paths this weekend, weather permitting, so individual beds will start to appear.

Bet you can't wait to start in your polytunnel !

I haven't got an allotment as such Zoomer but an 'extra garden' (funny village layout!) across from my neighbours garden so we are turning this into our garden allotment. Now that it's finally cleared of grass and weeds I'm hoping to spend most of my weekends on it and, being so close to it, should be able to work on it a few evenings too . I'm also reducing my hours work wise next month so gonna be a happy bunny !

thanks for feedback on propogators Weyplotter and Gina
