Pieris 'Forest Flame' Lily of the valley bush

Posted: 03 April 2012
Overall: Stunning shrub in early Spring when garden may have little colour and when deep pink/red tips begin to show March/April and hung with bunches of beautiful lily of the valley type bells/flowers is a real joy to see. By the time bluebells and tulips come up red/pink tips almost reach salmon pink then turn cream to green by the time your bright summer flowers are blooming. I have one in full sun which is also blasted by winds and comes up a treat every year. The second I have in shade and does equally well.
