Plant details
Monkshood flowers are curiously hooded, so they make interesting plants for woodland situations, or in a part of the border that gets some shade. This variety is tall, imposing, long flowering and long-lived, with bright, blue flowers forming clusters along the flower spike. Extreme care should be taken when handling the plants as all parts are extremely toxic.
