Agrostemma githago 'Alba' is a lovely variety of the summer-flowering annual, corn cockle. It has grey-green leaves and large white flowers. It's easy to grow and well suited to using to fill gaps in the border or as part of a summer container display. It also works well in annual meadow schemed.
For best results sow Agrostemma githago 'Alba' seed in situ in spring, in well-drained soil in full sun. Allow plants to self-seed after flowering.
