Antirrhinum are popular among children for the open-and-close motion of the flower, which can be prompted by gentle squeezing. Known more commonly as snapdragons, this genus belongs to the foxglove family. The garden favorites are the mostly compact, annuals, with rounded or lance shaped leaves. Antirrhinum ‘Twinny Peach’ is a bright yellow and orange cultivar, with delicately frilled petals. All antirrhinums grow best in a moist soil with full sun.
